My topic for my future blogs is my badminton training journey. Playing badminton has always been one of my favorite things to do. I have been playing badminton here at WSU since my first semester. The past year, there was no training involved and everyone played casually. This year, due to the increase in new blood and skilled player, a new player is willing to help train everyone. I hope to record my training journey so that I can look back and see how much I have improved.
I plan to bring my camera and set it on recording during practice time to record original footage of training time. I will also be taking photos and asking friends for help and ask for their permissions to use the photos that they take. I will also be taking recordings of members handing out during free time to showcase how we bound together and help improve our teamwork.
For the Unit 3 project, I plan to interview my fellow members who have trained in other countries and see how training methods differ for other countries.
For the Unit 4 project, I plan to create a video which includes footage from training sessions and free time.

This is a video of the best rallies of Malaysia’s best badminton player Lee Chong Wei from the Asian Championship 2017. I have always looked up to him as a role model and it always amazes me to see how good his tricks shots are, Even though I can’t reach his level, his videos gives me inspirations to train hard and record my journey to see how much I can grow.
